We certainly hope you are pleased with your purchased item, but if you are not:

you have the right to return your purchased item within 14 days of reciept.

If the carbon box is damaged at delivery then you need to make sure the deliverer signs

for a note of this situation.

You need to let us know if the item was damaged in any way caused by transportation!

Therefor you can use the contact form. We will respond a.s.a.p. where we aim within 48 hours.

You can send your purchased item back for any reason undamaged within 14 days of reciept but

let us know by sending a filled in contact form.

You need to pack this fragile item exactly the way you recieved it to avoid damage by shipping.

The cost of packaging and shipping by returning are for the buyer.

We recommend that you consider a transportation insurance.

As soon as we recieve your purchased item back without damage

we will refund you a.s.a.p.

We charge € 25,- for restocking costs for all accepted returns.

We will then refund the difference.
